Lime furnace (Desulfurization, dust Collection and Denitrification)
Iron and steel industry, calcium carbide industry, aluminum oxide industry, refractory material industry, and other industries are major consumers of lime, and the consumption has increased by over 20% in the past two years.
Lime furnace has caused serious environmental pollution. The state promulgated ultra-low emission standards in April 2019; however, there is no effective way for lime furnace to achieve ultra-low emission standards.

脱硝液体和脱硝气体,进入破健机后,加温加压到设计温度和压力,然后通过管道输送到喷枪,气体与液体在喷枪内混合,尿素溶液分子键断开,变成氨气,喷人炉膛直接与氮氧化物反应,生成氮气。该设备,增加了氨气与工业烟气中的氮氧化物的反应速率,提高了脱硝效率,节约药剂50-75%。
Molecular bond Breaking machine for Industrial lime furnace
The denitration liquid and denitration gas will heat and pressurize to design temperature and pressure when get into the breaker, then transported through a pipeline to the spray gun. The gas and liquid are mixed in the spray gun, and the molecular bonds of the urea solution are disconnected, turning into ammonia gas, which is injected into the furnace and directly reacts with nitrogen oxides to generate nitrogen. This equipment increases the reaction rate between ammonia and nitrogen oxides in smoke flow, and improves the denitrification efficiency, and saves 50-75% of the denitration agent.
